West Virginia Day at the Hatfield-McCoy Trails

Celebrate West Virginia’s Birthday with a Free Ride!  June 20 is West Virginia Day—a holiday to commemorate the date that the great Mountain State was first recognized. To celebrate, the Hatfield-McCoy Trails are once again offering a free day of riding for all West Virginia residents.  This promotion will be offered at the HMT visitors’ center as well as each trailhead location. Trailhead locations in Julian, Williamson, Logan, Man, and Pineville will have customer service representatives ready to issue the daily permits as well as provide information about each riding area. Trailhead locations are also equipped to sell annual permits and Hatfield-McCoy merchandise and feature plenty of large vehicle parking.
