You must read and accept the following terms in order to submit a photo to the TRAILSHEAVEN.COM photo gallery. Submission of a photo to the TRAILSHEAVEN.COM photo gallery signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Eligibility
To submit a photo, you must be at least 18 years of age and a US citizen or permanent legal resident. All photos must be taken in or around the Hatfield-McCoy Trail System in West Virginia. No photographs taken on illegal trails or riding areas will be accepted. 

Photo Subject Restrictions
Photos must be appropriate for posting on a the TRAILSHEAVEN.COM  public website. Obscene, provocative, or otherwise questionable content will not be considered. The Hatfield-McCoy Regional Recreation Authority retains sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content. Due to the environmental impact issues, photos taken in excessive mud may be refused. 

Photographer and Copyright
Photos must be submitted by the original photographer. Do not submit a photo taken by someone other than yourself. You must be the sole owner of any image submitted. Your submission of the photo is your guarantee that you are the owner of the photo.

Ownership and Use Rights
Photographers retain the copyright to their photographs. By submitting your photo, photographers agree to allow the H.M.R.R.A. to use the photos for promotional puropses for the trails and to have their submitted photograph displayed on the TRAILSHEAVEN.COM web site without any fee or other form of compensation. H.M.R.R.A. may make and retain copies of the photograph for archival purposes.
