We have a group of 5 from the Burlington area heading out Easter Sunday to ride a couple days.

That's awesome.  Can't wait.  Gonna be my first trip to HMT.  Staying at the Trails Lodging in Pineville.  Has anyone stayed there before?

The new Pocahontas trails open May 25 and are connected to the Indian Ridge trails. Should be some great new trails to ride. They will have a connector to the town of Bramwell.

Yep.  Somebody else is! March 29, 2012

Yep.  Somebody else is!

Heading up to ride Pinnacle Creek/Indian Ridge on Memorial Day weekend.  Anybody else heading that way?

Heading to Pinnacle/indian ridge next thursday.

Five of us from the Rutherford and Cleveland County area are headed out to ride Rockhouse next Wednesday. Be there through the weekend. Staying at Twin Hollow. Any one else from the Carolinas going to be up there?

Anytime!!!!  We always stay in Gilbert and trailer over to other trails if we want to ride something different.  We've stayed at Fox's by the river, and over in Man at The Depot.  We also found a house we rent, usually for Trailfest.  It's lots of fun there.  They also have lots of Outlaw trails to ride.  We even ran into some wild horses last time.  We go there every year and it's always a blast.

Oh yea, the late spring or early fall are a little cooler and less dusty.... :)

I live near wilmington been riding hmt for 3 yrs you won't regret it

Willow Springs/Fuquay-Varina here.  We haven't tried Busco Beach yet.  We're planning to make a trip to HMT this year sometime.  Just gotta figure out the best time/place to go.
