By posting any photograph, video or visual image on the website of the Hatfield McCoy Regional Recreation Authority, I hereby assign and grant to the Hatfield McCoy Regional Recreation Authority the right and permission to use and publish the photographs, video or visual image, including any sound recording associated therewith, and I hereby release the Hatfield McCoy Regional Recreation Authority from any and all liability from such use and publication.
I hereby authorize the reproduction, sale, copyright, exhibit, broadcast, electronic storage and/or distribution of said photographs, video or images and/or sound recordings attached thereto without limitation at the discretion of the Hatfield McCoy Regional Recreation Authority and I specifically waive any and all right to any compensation I may have for any of the foregoing. By voluntarily posting any photograph, video or visual image and/or any sound recording attached thereto, I acknowledge that I have read and promise to abide by and agree with this Photographic or Visual Image Release Statement.
